Income Qualifications

The homes for sale can only be purchased by qualified homebuyers. The city of Dallas defines a qualified homebuyer as someone whose household income is annually between 60% and 100% of the Area Median Income (AMI), a standard determined by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

Prospective buyers whose incomes are at or below 80% of the Area Median Income levels (see highlighted section) are encouraged to also apply for Dallas Homebuyer Assistance Program (DHAP).
