• Grocery Group Outings – Seniors are picked up and driven to local grocery stores for shopping and time of connection.


• Senior Soirée – A lively annual event filled with music, food, fun, and dancing, bringing together seniors from across the community.


• Field Trips – Special outings to the theater, City of Dallas events, and other local gatherings encourage seniors to socialize and explore.


• Fancy Hat Tea Party – A beloved tradition where seniors don their best hats and enjoy tea, conversation, and celebration with friends. Supported by the Top Ladies of Distinction and Top Teens.


• Community Meetings – Community members are invited to share ideas, learn about educational, nutritional and governmental resources, and help shape the future of South Dallas.

Transportation provided to and from events is organized by the Community Advancement Office.
