5. Admissions Decision

Step 1 - Visit St. Philip’s 
•    Schedule a campus tour.
•    Please view our virtual tour and learn more about our graduate profile.
Step 2 - Apply to St. Philip’s
•    Submit the online application 
         - Applicant must be 3 years old on or before September 1, 2025 to be eligible for PK3.
         - Applicant must be 4 years old on or before September 1, 2025 to be eligible for PreK4.
         - Applicant must be 5 years old on or before September 1, 2025 to be eligible for Kinder.
•    Pay the application fee ($75)
•    Submit supplemental application documents to the Office of Admission. 
         - Teacher Evaluation Form(s) - Required for all applicants currently in school or attending a licensed daycare.
         - Current School Records - Required for 1st-8th grade applicants only.
Step 3 - (Optional) Tuition Assistance 
•    Submit online Tuition Assistance application (February 1st Priority Deadline) 
         - Tip: Your tuition assistance application should be completed simultaneously with your admission application, in order to receive a timely decision.  
•    Submit all supporting documentation to complete the application.
         - Please ensure each student on the admissions application is also on the tuition assistance application.
Step 4 - Student Assessment & Parent Interview
•     Scheduled by the Office of Admission
Step 5 - Enrollment Decision
•    Return enrollment contract by the deadline
•    Pay tuition deposit
•    Set up FACTS payment plan account

*Application submission (priority or otherwise) does not guarantee admission to St. Philip’s School and Community Center.
