This summer, Independent Community Uplift is providing meals and home deliveries Monday through Friday for kids (ages 18 & under).
This summer food service program is aimed at ensuring no child goes hungry, even when school is not in session.
Once the below form is completed, you will receive an email confirming your submission. Your information will be provided to Independent Community Uplift and your child(ren) will begin receiving a daily meal delivery within a few days.
