Submit the enrollment application, along with the registration and testing fees to the Office of Admission. In order to be considered for the first round of the admission decisions, applications should be submitted no later than January 25, 2008.

The teacher evaluation forms should be given to your child's current teacher for completion. The teacher must return the completed evaluation form directly to St. Philip's. Unfortunately, hand delivered forms can not be accepted.
