St. Philip's School utilizes FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment to process and evaluate financial aid applications for the 2009-2010 school year. To apply for financial aid, you will need to follow these important guidelines:

1. Apply online . To apply online you will need:

1. • Copies of your 2009 IRS federal income tax return
2. • Copies of your 2009 W-2 form
3. • Supporting documentation for Social Security Income, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Workers' Compensation, and TANF

2. Mail a copy of the following information to the Admissions Office by April 1, 2010:

1. • Copies of your 2009 W-2 form
2. • Copies of your 2009 federal income tax return
3. • Copies of your most recent pay stub
4. • If your child(ren) was/were enrolled in a school other than St. Philip's for  the 2009-2010 school year, a financial statement from that  school should be provided
5. • A narrative which explains your family's need for financial aid

The deadline to submit financial aid applications is February 2010. Please do not delay in completing your application for financial aid. For those families who miss the deadline, your application will be considered as part of our wait list.

Notification of grants will be mailed May 1, 2010.
