THE GREAT THINGS LIE AHEAD! CAPITAL CAMPAIGN
St. Philip’s is currently in the midst of its third capital campaign in twenty-six years. Every gift and pledge to the Great Things Lie Ahead capital campaign, regardless of amount, brings St. Philip’s closer to its $6.7 million ($4.8 million for construction and $1.9 million for endowment) fund raising goal and helps ensure that many more lives will be forever transformed in the coming years. There is a growing need for St. Philip’s to extend its excellent educational opportunities to a larger number of children and to provide adequate space for community center programs.
The campaign is led by Ann Mahowald and George T. Lee, Jr. Committee members include Tricia Miller, Nancy Mulford, Tom Halsey, Shelle Sills, Candace Krause, Andrew Sinwell, Mickey Lively and Bonnie Smith. Construction is expected to be completed by June 1, 2010.
